Requirements

10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata management and Data stewardship
Strong background in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master data Management (MDM)
Experience in Data Catalogue (e.g. Atlan, Collibra) and Data Stewardship
Strong expertise in Snowflake
BE/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/MCA education

Job Responsibility

Establishing, implementing, and maintaining Data governance practices for different Data Domains/Data Products
Ensuring data is accurate, consistent, secure, and properly managed throughout its lifecycle
Collaborating with Data owners, Stewards, and Technical teams to drive data quality, compliance, and metadata management
Governing Data assets consistently across Data domains
Ensuring Data compliance, Quality, and Business values, and supporting delivery of Data products
Applying Governance policies and performing Governance checks
Performing Data readiness assessment and contributing to data product certification
Ensuring Data quality (business rules, quality controls set up, remediation plan)

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the data domain
Experience in one or more of the following areas: data strategy, data governance, data literacy, and data management
Familiarity with the DAMA DMBoK data management framework
Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
You have completed a bachelor’s (HBO) or master’s (WO) degree
Dutch (required) and English

Job Responsibility

Advise clients on their data-related challenges
Support clients in making the right use of data and help build trust in their data
Implement the appropriate data management activities
Guide stakeholders through the transition to data-driven working

Requirements

Completed university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience within the data domain
Strong knowledge of data organisation, processes, and governance principles
Familiarity with the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK) framework or willingness to learn
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
Understanding of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR
Knowledge of data quality management principles
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy and precision

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to identify and address their data challenges
Advise on proper data usage and implement appropriate data management activities
Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance frameworks
Assist in creating and maintaining data policies, standards, and procedures
Work closely with various stakeholders, including data owners, analysts, scientists, and architects
Support the transition to data-driven work practices within client organisations
Conduct data quality assessments and recommend improvement strategies
Participate in data governance committee meetings and workshops
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance
