Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure support the Enterprise Data Domain Lead team within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO). This new team is being established to ensure effective sustainable operation of the firm’s Data Domains which are the ongoing mechanism for the management of data quality in each business line and functions. The candidate will use their banking expertise, process management and analytical skills in developing and executing processes to support the function’s responsibilities. The candidate will collaborate with a large number of teams responsible for managing Data Domains and associated data quality.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the design, management, and continuous improvement of Citi’s Enterprise Data Domain Lead (EDDL) processes
  • Help define and enhance Citi’s EDDL standards, processes, accountabilities, and controls
  • Lead calls with stakeholders for remediation of identified issues
  • escalate potential issues to ensure that Domains are meeting expected sustainability standards
  • Conduct analysis of detailed metrics to identify opportunities, areas of concerns, trends and provide meaningful insight to stakeholders
  • Execute processes for the management of the Data Domain taxonomy including approvals of changes to structure and individuals’ roles
