Job Description:

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Data Integration Analyst that will support the setup and processing of client data files in insurance tracking systems. This role helps convert client needs into technical requirements, build and maintain data transformation rules, and assist with testing and issue resolution. The analyst supports both new client implementations and ongoing updates, helping ensure data is accurate, on time, and ready for production use.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mortgage servicing, compliance, or underwriting preferred
  • CPI/LPI knowledge
  • Ability to review and validate client data files for accuracy and completeness
  • Experience working with structured data files (CSV, fixed-width) and basic data mapping concepts
  • Comfortable supporting daily file processing, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and QA standards
  • Proficient in Excel and able to learn internal systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ETL tools, SQL, and data transformation concepts preferred
