The Data Entry role is responsible for collecting and accurately inputting data into company databases while maintaining reliable records of critical information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in data entry, and comfortable using spreadsheets and online forms. Success in this role means ensuring our systems remain accurate, current, and easy to use.
Job Responsibility:
Inputting data from various sources into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
Verifying and updating outdated data
Organizing and maintaining data files and records
Gathering, collating, and preparing information for data entry
Gathering, collating, and preparing information to generate reports and/or email chain distribution
Conducting research to obtain missing information for incomplete documents/data/reports
Providing occasional administrative help to other departments/areas
Applying department control and procedures
Generating and distributing reports, store completed work in designated locations
Creating metrics of the work done to show progress
Maintaining confidentiality and security of information
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data
Requirements:
BS degree OR advance student on Business Administration, Industrial engineering
English proficiency
3 years of experience in: Spreadsheets and databases
