Job Responsibility
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date fund data within internal systems
Ensuring data quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies
Collaborating with fund managers and service providers to validate information
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external data queries
Providing web portal support to fund managers and service providers, assisting with access, queries, and platform-related issues
Supporting wider team workflows through timely data input and validation
Producing clear and structured Excel-based reports and outputs
Contributing to smooth daily operations by managing emails and data requests efficiently
Monitoring fund manager updates and identifying new fund launches to update internal records where applicable
Tracking SEC registrations and de-registrations to ensure database accuracy
Monitoring the completion and quality of risk exposures, risk sensitivities and metrics reports within internal systems
Supporting the creation of team-wide reporting and insights using tools such as Power BI (where applicable)
Requirements
You should be fluent in spoken and written English
You could be a fresh graduate with a university degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or equivalent subject area
You could already be a working professional, with a minimum of two years’ experience under your belt, working in a related field
You are comfortable working in a big team
able to communicate effectively and balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You are eager to learn and possess impeccable attention to detail
