This role supports daily operations by entering, updating, and maintaining high‑volume data across internal systems with speed and precision. The right person keeps workflows clean, deadlines met, and teams aligned.
Job Responsibility:
Enter, update, and verify data in multiple systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review source documents for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Maintain orderly digital records and ensure all information is up to date
Prepare, sort, and review documents before data entry
Correct and re‑enter data as needed
Generate reports, pull data, and assist with basic administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies
Follow confidentiality and data security guidelines at all times
Requirements:
3+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience
Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high‑volume information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic database systems
Ability to stay focused and hit daily/weekly productivity targets
Strong organization and time‑management skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
