Data Entry Specialist

• input data into Salesforce with speed, precision, and consistency
• verify the accuracy of information before submission and address any discrepancies
• maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms
• follow established procedures to meet daily and weekly data entry goals

• perform quality checks to ensure high standards of data entry accuracy
• handle numeric data entry tasks with precision and focus

• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles
• ability to type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy
• familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
• strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
• excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data
• proficiency in numeric data entry and standard typing tasks
• effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment
• ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
