Job Responsibility

  • Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
  • Investigate reports and sheets of data
  • Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

Requirements

  • Quick and accurate typing skills
  • Impeccable organization
  • Intermediate experience in spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in database management
  • Data-driven expert with great attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word
  • Typing 35+ words per minute experience required
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
