Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical information in company systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and committed to accuracy.
Job Responsibility
Enter, update, and verify data in internal databases and systems
Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner
Maintain organized electronic and paper files as needed
Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity
Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing or unclear information
Generate routine reports and support administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
