We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves managing and resolving support tickets with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and communication. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to switch tasks quickly, and maintain a high standard of data integrity while handling repetitive responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently and accurately
Perform data entry using standard procedures and data program techniques
Identify and correct errors through verification procedures
Transcribe data from source materials into computer-compatible formats
Proofread and edit documents, using judgment in formatting reports and letters
Maintain comprehensive records of data input and documentation
Compile and organize data, make calculations, and prepare reports
Gather and verify information for use in reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Provide clerical support, including document processing, coding, and file maintenance
Participate in team meetings and escalate concerns to management
Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
Proven customer service skills, including experience speaking with vendors by phone
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—over-communication is encouraged
Strong ability to adapt quickly and switch tasks as needed
