Job Responsibility
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
Review information for accuracy and completeness before inputting records
Verify, correct, and retrieve data as needed
Organize digital and paper files to support efficient recordkeeping
Assist with scanning, filing, and other clerical or administrative tasks
Work with team members to ensure data is entered in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good typing and computer skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while staying focused and organized
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data systems is helpful
Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus
