Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately input data into internal systems and databases
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data or reports
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Generate basic reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM recommended)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • familiarity with data entry software and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • additional training or certification is a plus
