Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Entry Specialist to join our team and take the next step in your career. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database by inputting, updating, and maintaining customer and account information.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input customer and account data from both paper and electronic documents into our database
Review entries for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all procedures are followed
Perform regular data backups to protect and preserve information
Respond promptly to internal company queries
Maintain files and perform various administrative support tasks
Participate in training sessions to develop job-related knowledge and skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in MS Office, data entry programs, and general administrative tasks
Fast and accurate typing skills
touch typing experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to meeting deadlines and targets
Professional, dependable, and a collaborative team member
