The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. This role ensures data integrity, supports administrative functions, and helps maintain organized and accessible records. Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Requirements:

Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 50+ WPM preferred)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with database systems or CRM software
Familiarity with data management tools and spreadsheets (e.g., advanced Excel functions)
