We are looking for a highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to support a service organization in Evendale, Ohio. Job Responsibility
Input large volumes of alphabetic and numeric information into company systems with a high level of precision
Review source files, system records, and supporting documentation to capture and record data in the correct format
Interpret information from business documents and transfer details into designated databases or tracking tools
Perform routine validation checks to confirm entries are complete, accurate, and aligned with established procedures
Organize electronic records and maintain consistent documentation practices for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Investigate data inconsistencies, flag irregularities, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
Use spreadsheet and computer-based applications to update, verify, and manage information efficiently in a deadline-driven setting
Requirements
At least 1 year of data entry experience in an administrative, operational, or related office environment
Demonstrated ability to enter both numeric and text-based data quickly and accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications used for data processing and record maintenance
Comfort working with accounting platforms, digital files, and multiple on-screen systems
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and maintain consistent data quality
Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Nice to have
Experience working with scanned files, PDFs, or financial documentation is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying discrepancies and resolving data issues
