Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support accurate and timely data management for a local and growing team. This role is responsible for entering, updating and maintaining information in company systems, verifying data for accuracy and supporting administrative processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Enter, update and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets and software systems
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before entering information
Verify, correct and audit data to ensure consistency and accuracy
Organize and maintain electronic and paper records as needed
Generate routine reports and assist with data tracking
Respond to internal requests for information and provide administrative support as needed
Protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry, clerical or administrative experience preferred
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Ability to work accurately with large volumes of information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
