Job Description:

This position is critical to ensuring the accuracy and organization of essential data, supporting key initiatives within a dynamic and cutting-edge biotech environment.

Job Responsibility:

Input, validate, and maintain data in company systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies in records, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
Work closely with internal teams, including research, development, and operations, to provide accurate data reports when needed
Support system updates and process improvements to increase data workflow efficiency
Assist with clerical tasks such as document preparation, filing, and database organization

Requirements:

2+ years of data entry or administrative experience, ideally in biotech, healthcare, or a technology-driven sector
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
experience with ERP, CRM, or biotech-specific database tools is a plus
Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently
An associate degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred
familiarity with biotech terminology is a strong advantage
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:
