Job Description:

Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field. The role involves pulling individual medical files from storage, entering required data into the database, and organizing files back into their boxes. Work is performed in a warehouse environment, mostly from a seated position, with occasional physical lifting of boxes (30-50 lbs).

Job Responsibility:

Pull individual medical files from the storage box
Identify required data fields from each file and enter them into the database
Carry boxes to and from the workstation
Review and return files to boxes
Physically move boxes and pallets as needed

Requirements:

able to work in a sitting position for the majority of the role
Must maintain consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph)
Carry cartons ranging in weight from 30-50lbs
Lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and from/to workstation
