Data Entry Specialist

• input, update, and maintain data in organizational databases and systems
• verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents
• resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete data
• organize and maintain files, records, and reports for easy access
• assist with generating reports and preparing documents as required
• follow data entry processes and organizational standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role preferred
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• familiarity with data management software is an asset
• exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism
