Data Entry Specialist

• Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Manage data ensuring organization and proper documentation
• Handle donation and gift entry, maintaining precise records in internal systems
• Oversee database management, ensuring data is up-to-date, well-organized, and compliant with organizational standards
• Proactively review and audit data for accuracy, identifying and correcting errors when needed
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure data workflows align with business needs

• Proven experience in data entry, database management, or a related role
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate and precise data
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
• Experience with donation systems, gift entry protocols, or donor database tools is a plus
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently or in a collaborative team setting
