Job Responsibility
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review documents and records for completeness, consistency, and errors
Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Assist with scanning, indexing, and document management tasks
Support back-office operations with administrative and clerical duties as needed
Research and resolve discrepancies in records and data sets
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely processing of information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
1+ years of data entry, clerical, administrative, or back-office support experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of precision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent reliability, professionalism, and follow-through
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
