You will support daily operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies
Maintain organized electronic records and files
Generate basic reports and data summaries as needed
Follow data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data issues
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience
Strong typing and data accuracy skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with CRM or internal databases preferred
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Reliable, organized, and self‑motivated
