Job Description:

We're seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to support a local municipal office in Spokane. In this contract role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate and consistent records while ensuring data integrity across systems. Job Responsibility:

Review and compare physical and digital records for accuracy and consistency
Verify case numbers and ensure correct categorization within internal systems
Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data
Comfortable working on repetitive and detail-oriented tasks
Proficiency in general office software, including word processors and spreadsheets
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
