Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of our records. This position requires a high level of precision, time management, and the ability to meet productivity goals.

Job Responsibility:

Input data quickly and accurately into company systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Process and review timesheets, maintaining a goal of 40 timesheets per hour
Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the data entry process
Collaborate with team members to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines effectively
Utilize relevant software tools to enhance data entry efficiency and productivity
Communicate promptly with supervisors to address any issues or concerns related to data entry tasks

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role
Proficiency in high-volume data entry with a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
Ability to review and process timesheets efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
