We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry / Order Entry Specialist to support a busy manufacturing team during a 6-9 month contract assignment. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer and order data while supporting day‑to‑day operational and administrative needs.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Review orders for completeness, pricing, and accuracy
Update and maintain order information in internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to resolve order discrepancies
Assist with order tracking, status updates, and basic reporting
Maintain organized records and documentation
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry, order entry, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to have:
Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience is a plus
