We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Operator to support an adolescent sexuality education curriculum intervention project. This role is responsible for accurately entering pre- and post-test survey data from paper forms into a database and assisting with data cleaning activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Training will be provided; however, candidates must demonstrate strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter pre- and post-test survey data from paper forms into a designated database
Review submitted survey data for completeness and accuracy
Identify and resolve duplicative records, retaining appropriate entries
Perform data cleaning and basic data manipulation tasks
Communicate with program staff to clarify discrepancies or incomplete survey responses
Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Meet productivity and accuracy standards while adhering to deadlines
Assist with additional data-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry and basic data manipulation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify errors and follow up with appropriate staff to resolve discrepancies
Ability to work independently in a structured office environment
Nice to have:
Previous experience with online survey data systems
Prior experience in data entry within public health, education, or government settings
Familiarity with database systems and data validation processes
