We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Operations Assistant to support the Finance team with high-volume data entry and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative tasks, and is willing to assist with hands-on operational support during slower periods.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and ensure data integrity
Assist with document management, filing, and recordkeeping
Support Finance team with administrative tasks as needed
Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
Reorganize storage areas, supply rooms, and copy/print stations
Ensure common areas are clean, stocked, and functional
Provide general operational support to improve office efficiency
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
Comfortable with light physical tasks (organizing, lifting office supplies, etc.)
Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude
