Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Operations Assistant to support the Finance team with high-volume data entry and general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative tasks, and is willing to assist with hands-on operational support during slower periods.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with document management, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Support Finance team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Reorganize storage areas, supply rooms, and copy/print stations
  • Ensure common areas are clean, stocked, and functional
  • Provide general operational support to improve office efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks (organizing, lifting office supplies, etc.)
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude
