Job Responsibility:

  • High-volume data entry: accurately inputting alpha and numerical data into government-specific databases
  • information validation: reviewing and cross-checking information to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • records management: maintaining, updating, and archiving digital and physical files
  • process support: assisting with high-volume tasks including scanning, indexing, and basic reporting
  • data cleansing: identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies within existing datasets.

Requirements:

  • Exceptionally accurate data entry
  • strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • ability to learn new internal systems quickly
  • must hold a current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) is highly desirable
  • organisational skills
  • ability to manage repetitive tasks with high concentration and efficiency.

  • Previous experience within a State Government or highly regulated environment
