Job Description

Foundation Software, a rapidly growing, national provider of construction software and services, seeks a Data Lead Processor to join our growing marketing team. In this role, the candidate will enter, process, and convert our lead form requests into qualified, active lead opportunities for our Inside Sales team. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency working within CRM software, attention to detail, speed and accuracy in keyboarding skills, and a collaborative personality. You will work closely with other lead processors within the processing team, and both the inside and outside sales teams, to ensure quick, accurate and complete processing of all incoming leads.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow standard operating procedures for processing incoming Leads through various channels including but not limited to our website, trade shows, webinars, email, social media, and phone
  • accurately input lead information into our Salesforce instance, ensuring all details are complete and correct
  • evaluate the details of each lead to determine the most suitable sales representative based on predefined criteria
  • notify sales team members of new lead assignments promptly and provide all relevant information to facilitate quick and thorough follow-up
  • work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead assignment criteria and improve the overall lead management process
  • regularly review and audit lead data for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise
  • stay informed about industry's best practices and suggest enhancements to our lead processing and assignment strategies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • entry level - previous experience in lead processing, sales coordination, or a related administrative role preferred
  • proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales management tools
  • strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and lead assessment
  • strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to triage tasks effectively
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
  • proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in the lead management process
