Job Responsibility

  • Execute Data Migration: Manage the end-to-end migration of data from client-provided files (ranging from simple to highly complex) into our SaaS environment
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide high-level support to internal employees and clients by resolving data import-related issues and documenting processes
  • Process Improvement & Scripting: Identify operational bottlenecks and create innovative solutions (including developing scripts in Python or R) to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and report bugs in the internal Import Tool, tracking progress with the Product team until final resolution
  • Data Security: Ensure strict data security and confidentiality by adhering to compliance policies and best practices
  • Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the team to solve complex problems and test/validate new solutions, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data-centric roles, technical support, or implementation requiring extensive technical knowledge
  • Higher education degree in IT-related fields (Data Processing, Software Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Advanced SQL: Ability to query and manipulate complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel: Proficiency in handling large data volumes and complex formulas
  • Programming Logic: Knowledge of logic is essential
  • familiarity with Python or R is highly preferred for scripting and automation
  • Intermediate English (Written and Spoken)
  • Problem Solving: Strong capability to handle highly complex files and resolve critical issues
