A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support accurate, timely, and high-volume data entry across multiple programs and systems. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of organizational data used for reporting, funding compliance, and program effectiveness. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring data accuracy that directly supports community programs and services.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal databases and tracking systems
Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, correcting discrepancies as needed
Support program teams by processing intake forms, participant records, and service documentation
Maintain organized electronic records in compliance with organizational and funding requirements
Assist with basic reporting tasks, including data extraction and formatting for leadership or grant reporting
Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of records
Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or incomplete data
Follow established data entry procedures and confidentiality protocols
Support administrative tasks and special data-related projects as assigned
Requirements:
1–2+ years of data entry, administrative support, or records management experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with nonprofit databases, CRM systems, or case management platforms
Familiarity with data reporting or basic data validation processes
Experience supporting grant-funded programs or compliance reporting
Comfort working with high-volume data environments
