Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of precision
Assist with bulk onboarding processes and send contracting links to relevant parties
Upload essential documents to internal systems and maintain organized records
Export reports, statements, and contracts from various online portals
Prepare and format Excel sheets using advanced tools, with training provided on specific software
Create and update profiles and contracts as needed
Verify data integrity and conduct thorough cleaning of information
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to address data-related inquiries
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative tasks or data entry roles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with strong familiarity in other Microsoft programs
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
Self-motivated individual with excellent communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Preferred experience with CRM systems and data verification processes
Typing speed and accuracy sufficient for high-volume data entry tasks
