Data Entry Clerk

• Organize and review physical HR records to prepare them for digitization
• Scan documents using company-provided equipment to ensure high-quality digital copies
• Upload scanned files to Microsoft OneDrive and categorize them for easy access and retrieval
• Label and organize files systematically to maintain consistency
• Follow confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive information throughout the process
• Ensure compliance with company standards for information security
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues with scanning equipment when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to streamline operations

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or document management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly OneDrive file management
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in HR, hospitality, or unionized environments is highly preferred
• Proficiency in scanning and labeling electronic files accurately
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work onsite during designated hours in New York, NY
