Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data related to ocean import logistics into the Cargowise system
Verify and update information to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Manage and organize large volumes of numeric and textual data efficiently
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
Perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies in records
Generate reports based on entered data to support operational decision-making
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to data entry tasks
Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols during data handling
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, particularly in logistics or ocean import operations
Proficiency in using Cargowise software for data management
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with numeric and textual data entry processes
