We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data in digital systems while adhering to company standards. This position requires strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data accurately into digital systems and databases
Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic files for easy access and retrieval
Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data
Manage and process numeric data efficiently with attention to detail
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to create, edit, and format documents
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and document organization
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
Follow established protocols and procedures for secure data handling and storage
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with handling numeric and text-based data
Ability to organize and manage large volumes of electronic files
