We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently while meeting quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems and spreadsheets
Review data for accuracy and completeness
correct errors as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Generate basic reports and assist with data cleanup projects
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Follow established data entry procedures and timelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic database systems
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Basic knowledge of data validation or quality control
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
