Data Entry Clerk

• Input and verify data from Excel spreadsheets into the centralized payment engine with precision
• maintain organized records and ensure data is accurately migrated as per project requirements
• collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues in the data migration process
• follow established procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in data handling
• utilize time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• perform routine checks to confirm the accuracy and integrity of entered data
• support the team in ensuring seamless integration of services into the payment system
• communicate effectively with supervisors to provide updates on progress and resolve challenges.

• Proven ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy and focus
• familiarity with Excel, including basic functions such as copying and pasting data
• strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability
• effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks
• technology literacy and ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• comfortable working onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana
• availability to work the required hours during the contract period
• previous experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred.
