Data Entry Clerk

• Enter numeric and text-based information into company systems with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Review incoming data for completeness, consistency, and formatting before submitting records
• Maintain organized digital records and update existing files as new information becomes available
• Use computer-based tools to process routine data tasks and support daily operational needs
• Verify information against source documents and correct discrepancies when identified
• Assist with record management activities, including sorting, tracking, and retrieving information as needed
• Support teams that rely on accurate database entries by ensuring information is entered in a timely manner

• Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative support role
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently
• Comfort working with numeric data and handling repetitive computer-based tasks
• Proficiency with standard data entry systems and general office software
• Ability to maintain focus, meet deadlines, and manage a consistent workload
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

Familiarity with Salesforce administration or experience working within Salesforce is preferred
