This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data into internal systems with high accuracy
Review source documents for completeness and correct errors
Verify data by comparing it to source documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Generate basic reports as requested
Communicate with internal departments to clarify information
Follow company policies regarding data security and confidentiality
Meet daily/weekly productivity benchmarks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
