Job Responsibility

  • Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems with accuracy and speed
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies
  • Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis
  • Identify and correct errors in records
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry or office administration is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and relevant database software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
