Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems with accuracy and speed
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness
Maintain confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies
Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis
Identify and correct errors in records
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry or office administration is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and relevant database software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
