We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lumberton, New Jersey. This long-term contract position involves handling administrative tasks, including data entry into Excel spreadsheets and an internal database. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working with large volumes of information.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data into Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables and vlookups to organize and analyze data
Provide invoicing support by updating records and verifying documentation
Match paperwork with corresponding data to ensure accuracy
Maintain and update location information in spreadsheets
Perform quality checks on entered data to minimize errors
Support administrative processes by managing large datasets efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Follow established protocols for handling sensitive information
Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with invoicing processes is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information
