Job Responsibility:
Inputting, updating, and maintaining financial records with accuracy and efficiency in company databases and spreadsheets
analyzing financial documents, invoices, receipts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
cross-referencing financial data to identify and correct discrepancies in reports, statements, and transactions
assisting team members with finance-related administrative tasks, including generating reports and creating summaries of financial data
ensuring data is managed in adherence to company and financial regulatory standards
maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information and documentation
collaborating with finance team members and other departments to clarify information and resolve data-related issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry or an administrative role
background or familiarity with financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping
proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), and database management
familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar programs) is a plus
exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
high school diploma or equivalent
associate’s degree or coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
