We’re seeking a highly accurate and dependable professional who enjoys working with data and ensuring information is organized, up-to-date, and error-free. Job Responsibility:
Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems with a high level of accuracy
Review and verify information for completeness and discrepancies
Organize and manage electronic and paper files
Assist with data clean-up projects and system updates
Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of information
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Ability to type efficiently with a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with databases or CRM systems is a plus.
