Job Responsibility

  • Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Review and verify information for completeness and discrepancies
  • Organize and manage electronic and paper files
  • Assist with data clean-up projects and system updates
  • Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of information
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Ability to type efficiently with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with databases or CRM systems is a plus.
