We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our team in Poway, California. This is a contract position requiring exceptional accuracy and efficiency in handling and inputting data. Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and update customer information into the company’s database
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission
Cross-reference information to ensure consistency and correctness
Utilize multiple computer screens and tools to efficiently manage data tasks
Organize and maintain electronic records in compliance with company standards
Assist in migrating data to new platforms while maintaining data integrity
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Provide support in general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously using multiple monitors
Familiarity with cross-referencing and verifying data
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
