Job Responsibility:
Format Excel files according to a predefined template to ensure compatibility
Verify the consistency of processed data and produce reports on their compliance with required formats
Identify gaps, errors, or duplicates in data quality
Use Power Query for automating data processing
Prepare Excel files for importation into a database or CRM
Requirements:
College diploma in administration, office automation, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent mastery of Excel and the Office suite
Knowledge of Power Query is considered a major asset
Autonomy, high level of rigor, and strong attention to detail
Advanced Excel Mastery
Data Normalization: Ability to format Excel files according to a predefined template
Control and Compliance: Ability to verify the consistency of processed data and produce reports
Quality Analysis: Ability to identify gaps, errors, or duplicates in data quality
Specialized Tools: Use of Power Query is considered a major asset for automating data processing
Importation: Experience in preparing Excel files for importation into a database or CRM
