We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data, and can maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines. The position supports day-to-day administrative functions by ensuring information is entered, updated, and maintained efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
Review documents for completeness and verify information before inputting data
Perform routine audits to ensure data quality and consistency across records
Organize and manage electronic and/or paper files for easy retrieval
Assist with processing forms, applications, or records in a timely manner
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
Support general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document tracking
Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
Requirements:
Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data management systems
Ability to type efficiently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
