Job Responsibility
Enter and update data into company systems with speed and accuracy
Review documents and records for completeness and accuracy
Maintain organized electronic and paper files
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Communicate with internal team members regarding missing or incorrect information
Requirements
Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
