Job Responsibility
Enter and update data accurately into internal databases and spreadsheets
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Review documents and correct any discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized electronic and physical records
Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
Perform general administrative support duties as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Strong typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
