Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma 100% ON-SITE. This position focuses heavily on Excel-based tasks and requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency. As part of a long-term contract, you will play an essential role in managing and maintaining accurate data records. Job Responsibility:

Enter and update data into spreadsheets and databases with precision
Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy in all entries
Handle numeric and text-based data entry tasks efficiently
Utilize Excel functions and tools to organize and manipulate data
Perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data management
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to handle numeric and text-based data with speed and precision
Solid typing skills with a high level of efficiency
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting
