We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data into systems and verify its accuracy to maintain up-to-date records
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage and organize data effectively
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while reviewing and processing data
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations as needed
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for internal use
Monitor and ensure compliance with data entry standards and best practices
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar office or data entry role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to type efficiently and accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
